B20. Lymphonodi thoracis et membri thoracis

 

 

Lc. axillare

1. lymph from superficial / proximal part of forelimb = drains to superficial cervical lymph center
2. rest of lymph = drains to Lc. axillare 

• Lnn. axillares prorprii(no Su) : follow a . thoracica lat
• Lnn. axillares accesorii(Ca,Bo) : inconstant
• Lnn. cubitales(Eq) : et elbow joint

Lc. thoracicum dorsale : parietal lymph center, from back and deep tissue of thoracic wall = drain to thoracic duct or mediastinal node

• Lnn. thoracici aortici(no Ca) : along the aortici
• Lnn. intercostales(no Ca) : upper part of intercostal space

Lc. thoracicum ventrale : parietal lymphnode, ventral part of thoracic wall = drains to mediastinal node

• Lnn. sternales craniales : constant, near the manubrium sterni
• Lnn. sternales caudales(no Ca, SU) 
• Lnn. phrenici(Eq, Bo) : near pars sternalis of diaphragm

Lc. mediastinale

• Lnn. mediastinales cran : infront of cardiac
• Lnn. mediastinales medii(Ru, Eq) : base of heart
• Lnn. mediastinale caud(no Car) : near diaphragm
• Ln. nuchale(Eq) : near a. cervicalis profundus

Lc. bronchale : collect lymph from lung drain to middle and caudal mediastinal node

• Lnn. tracheobronchales dextri : placed around tracheal bifulcation
• Lnn. tracheobronchales sinistri : placed around tracheal bifulcation
• Lnn. tracheobronchales medii : placed around tracheal bifulcation
• Lnn. tracheobronchales cranialis(Su,Ru) : placed around tracheal bifulcation
